Hi all!
So sorry if my blog is particularly boring this week! I have to write very briefly due to limited computer access!
So, I had my leftover pasta for lunch yesterday, then a small bowl vegetarian chili for dinner. I am still feeling the aftershock of the chili, but it was worth it!
I worked out very slowly this morning, for about 45 minutes. Thirty minutes on the bike and the rest abs, legs and push ups.
Oh and I had a nightmare about Mr. 6 am Treadmill being a murderer, then had to go workout beside him...ugh!
