Morning!
I DID IT! I got up at 6 a.m. to go workout. I had nightmares all night about a serial killer plotting to kill everyone I love, so it was rough waking up, but I did it!
I did a light workout of 16 mins treadmill walking fast and 14 mins on the bike. I also used hand weights for part of my walk. When I get used to this morning workout routine I imagine I'll be doing more than just cardio. Today though, moving my body felt like pushing a giant sack of potatoes uphill.
Now I'm preparing for my first day back at the office in a long time. This should be fun!
